1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ink304 platform, accessible via the official website ink304.win and our mobile app. By registering an account or using any ink304 services, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

In this document, there are several key terms you need to understand:

• "Platform" refers to the ink304.win website and all associated applications.
• "Player" or "You" refers to the individual who registers for and uses the ink304 service.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created during registration.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited into or earned through wins in your account.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ink304 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration. ink304 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Is an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a country or region that prohibits the use of online gambling services.
• Have never been banned or suspended by ink304 previously for a terms violation.

Each player is only permitted to own one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved, including all funds held within them. ink304 uses an automated detection system to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, phone number, banking information, and device data.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details for withdrawal purposes. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension without notice.

3 Account Security and Password

Ink304 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to us immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Ink304 supports a wide range of payment methods including direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank) as well as digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Requirements:

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover Requirements

Ink304 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and special festive promotions. Each bonus is subject to the rollover requirements specified at the time of the offer.

General bonus terms to understand:

• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
• The stated rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal can be processed.

6 Game Rules and Validity of Wins

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the ink304 customer support team. Before closure, ensure all valid fund balances have been withdrawn. Funds remaining in an account closed at the player's request will be processed within 7 business days.

Ink304 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any term within this document.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• There is suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

For accounts suspended pending investigation, funds will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. ink304's decision in such matters is final and binding.

9 Liability Limit and Disclaimer

Ink304 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or issues beyond our control from time to time.

Under no circumstances shall ink304's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. ink304 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Online gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that any decision to play is made entirely at your own discretion and responsibility. ink304 is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using our platform.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
